Cleanliness of the room. Lovely view out of the window/balcony onto lake and lawns. Excellent breakfast taken in dining room overlooking the lake.

Locality and ease of finding hotel. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Staff and hospitality excellent. Room a good size very clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate in staying again.

Having to leave after 2 nights, will make it longer next time to explore the wider area.

We chose the Springs hotel as we were attending a family get together a couple of miles away. We were a party of 6 in 4 rooms and were located rooms together. I would have loved to have stayed longer and enjoy the facilities at the hotel. I will certainly stay there again and hope to visit during the summer months.

We really enjoyed the food and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was very large. The Spa treatments were excellent.

The decor was very dated and tired. We were also not told of the unusual breakfast finishing time on Sunday morning, 9.45 am and we turned up 10 minutes late. We had to object to being refused breakfast for them to rectify this issue which was unpleasant for us.

Excellent location in the countryside. A fixed price dinner menu with some good choices and a lovely view over the small lake. Breakfast was very good.

A "cook to order" breakfast is essential. I wanted poached eggs, nothing else.

Spacious Bedrooms close to Wildlife Reserves. Breakfast although buffet style was hot. Dinner fully justified AA rossett.

The receptionist was very welcoming and professional. We were upgraded to Exec rooms. I have never slept in such a large bed and it was the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

Very clean room, beautiful location with a nice golf course. Friendly helpful staff.

having lived inWallingford for 37yrs., & been a member of the golf club, it was nice to come back & see old friends,the location was close to the area in which we had coduct our business.

The setting, parking on site, friendly staff at breakfast room, good breakfast. We had 2 rooms, one of wich was huge. Pleasant balconies to sit on overlooking lake.

We had twin rooms. The beds were seriously short. 3 of the four of us are 1,70 m - very average and felt the beds were just too small. Pity - because you're at a hotel to sleep!
